<aside> ❗ Clients has exclusive rights and ownership to their commissioned models for any Personal or Commercial Usage once done, as long there is no re-selling of the model involved.

<aside> ❗ Models that are commissioned will be posted on social media accounts of the artist and added to portfolio, unless requested otherwise.

</aside>

<aside> ❗ Clients can use the model to promote themselves given that there is proper credit to the artist whenever possible.

</aside>

<aside> ❗ There is only a maximum of three (3) revisions per project. Additional fees shall be applied for every additional revisions made within the project.

</aside>

<aside> ❗ The artist is allowed to post WIPs versions of the commissioned model. If the client wants to keep it private, an additional of 20% will be added to the overall price.

</aside>

<aside> ❗ NSFW commissions are allowed but will be priced at a higher rate (20% more of the total price).

</aside>

✦ P A Y M E N T P O L I C Y ✦

<aside> ❗ Payment shall only be made through GCASH for local clients, and PayPal for international clients.

</aside>

<aside> ❗ For both client and artist security purposes, a down payment of at least 50% of the overall price shall be given upon agreement before the start of the project. The remaining 50% of the amount will be charged before handing the commissioned model.

</aside>

<aside> ❗ The project will only start once the first half of the payment has been confirmed by the artist and notified the client.

</aside>

✦ R E F U N D P O L I C Y ✦

<aside> ❗ If cancellation occurs from the client’s side, the initial 50% deposit will be kept and the artist will retain all rights to the model or work in progress (WIP) version.

</aside>

<aside> ❗ If cancellation occurs from the artist’s side, the initial 50% deposit will be refunded to the client and the model or WIP version will be deleted.

</aside>

<aside> ❗ Once the model has been given to the client, any refund request will not be available anymore.

</aside>
